2010: Ran in all eight races in his junior season…Best finish came at the Georgia Southwestern Remembrance Run (9/11) as he crossed the line in sixth place (28:11)…Season best time of 26:23 in a 8K at the Royal Cross Country Challenge (10/15)…Finished in eighth place (20:55) at the Cougar Invitational (10/23).

2009: Placed 13th at the Peach Belt Championship (10/24) with an 8K time of 27:20...Finished 6th at the Mercer Invitational (9/26) with an 8K time of 27:38.

2008: Finished third at the Cougar Invitational with an 8K time of 26:30...Placed 7th at the Auburn Invitational (25:37 8K).

High School: Graduated from from Smiths Station High School in Smiths Station, AL...One mile best - 4:26, 15:55 5K.
