SAINT AUGUSTINE, Fla. - Closing out the 2015-16 season, the Columbus State University women's golf team finished in seventh place at the Peach Belt Conference Championship on Sunday. The three-day event was held at the Slammer and Squire Course in Saint Augustine, Fla.

Columbus State posted a team score of 339 on Sunday to wrap up the event with a three-round total of 1,012.

Armstrong State won the conference title with a 927 total over 54 holes. Flagler (934) ended seven shots back, while Montevallo (935), UNC Pembroke (945) and Young Harris (974) rounded out the top five.

Sarah Grace Drop carded the low round of the day and was CSU's top finisher after a round of 83 on Sunday. The freshman birdied a pair of holes on the back nine to place 24
th overall.

Hannah Holland was one shot behind her teammate on Sunday, firing a round of 84. Holland picked up her lone birdie of the day on the seventh hole and tied with
Shelby Banta in 32
nd place. Banta shot 87 for the second straight day.

Bailey Hochgertle rounded out the team score on Sunday for the Lady Cougars, shooting 85.
Jordan Booker posted the drop score on the day with a final round 94. Hochgertle tied for 28
th, while Booker was in a 34
th-place tie.
