Box Score AMERICUS, Ga. - The Columbus State University men's basketball team dominated Georgia Southwestern 74-55 on Wednesday afternoon. The Cougars snap a four game losing streak and improve to 10-9 and 3-6 in PBC play. GSW falls to 9-9 overall and 2-7 in conference play.
Columbus State had a scoring clinic as they got contributions from multiple players.

Daniel Melvin,
Kalen Clifton, and
Marcellious Lockett all scored 10 or more points. Lockett led the way with 12 points, Clifton and Melvin scored 11 points, James and Black also had 10 points each. CSU was efficient especially from three-point range as they made 39 percent of them which is their fifth highest mark of the season.
The Cougars played a complete game in which they beat GSW in every important stat including field goal percentage (CSU 45.2, GSW 37.7), three-point percentage (CSU 39.1, GSW 20.7), rebounds (CSU 44, GSW 37), and assists (CSU 16, GSW 9).
