COLUMBUS - The Columbus State University Men's Cross Country team returns to action this weekend for the NCAA Division II Southeast Regional Championship on Saturday, November 9th.
The Cougars are set for a 10 a.m. ET start in the 10k race, which is being held in Spartanburg, S.C. at the Roger Milliken Center.
Columbus State heads to the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship after finishing in 7th place at the Peach Belt Conference Championship. A season ago, the Cougars finished 10th out of 28 teams in the field at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
Competing for CSU will be Elijah Sires, Nicholas Phillips, McDonald Tandoh, Logan Terwilliger, Jonah Simpson, Owen Hartshorn, and Zane Bell.
The Cougars aim for strong performances, hoping to close out their season on a high note with an opportunity to advance into the postseason with a positive result on Saturday.
