KANSAS CITY, Mo. – United Soccer Coaches have announced the 2024 NCAA Division II Women's All-Americans on Thursday afternoon.
37 players received women's All-American recognition, with three student-athletes from Columbus State University earning the national honors. Emma Beddow and Sarah Hungerford were selected as First-Team All-Americans while Avery Williams was selected as a Second-Team honoree.
Beddow gathered her second career United Soccer Coaches All-American nod while Hungerford and Williams earn their first career honor. Beddow and Hungerford have led the CSU attack this season with 28 points each and a combined 21 goals and 14 assists. The pair were First-Team All-PBC, and United Soccer Coaches and D2CCA All-Region selections. Hungerford also highlighted the season with a D2CCA All-American nod earlier this week.
As for Williams, she has helped secure the CSU defense to just 10 goals allowed and an average allowance of 6.8 shots per game. She was named as the NCAA DII's Elite 90 Award Recipient for the women's championship and has been tabbed All-PBC and All-Region for both the United Soccer Coaches and D2CCA.
This year's All-Americans will be recognized for their accomplishments at the United Soccer Coaches All-America Ceremony on Saturday, Jan, 11, 2025 in Chicago, Ill., in conjunction with the United Soccer Coaches Convention.
