CLEVELAND, Tenn. —The Columbus State University men's track and field team will send five athletes to the highly anticipated Lee University Last Chance meet in Cleveland, Tenn., this weekend. The Last Chance Meet is the last opportunity athletes have to qualify for the Division II Outdoor Track and Field National Championships.

The following athletes will be competing this weekend at the Lee University Last Chance Meet:

Will Player/ Pole Vault/ Rank: tied 18th in DII

Timothy Lamb/ Pole Vault

Alexander Kendall/ Pole Vault

Matthew Pfledderer/ Pole Vault

Dante Walls/ 400m Hurdler

The women's pole vault is scheduled to start at 10:00 am Men to follow. At this time there are 19 men entered in the pole vault. The men's 400-meter hurdles are scheduled to begin at 2:35 pm. At this time, there are 3 heats of the 400m hurdles; Walls will be in Heat 2 lane 2.
