#9 Women’s Tennis Picked Third in PBC Preseason Coaches’ Poll

Lady Cougars earn 27 voting points

AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Peach Belt Conference has released the 2025 PBC Women's Tennis Preseason Coaches' Poll on Tuesday.
 
No. 9-ranked Columbus State women's tennis received 27 voting points to land third in the preseason rankings. Last season, CSU finished 15-8 overall and 5-1 in conference play. The Lady Cougars finished the PBC tournament with a semifinals appearance and also competed in two rounds at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
 
In addition, the PBC announced the Preseason All-Conference Team with Nikoline Gullacksen and Mariana Ramirez being named to the list. The duo is also ranked individually in the latest ITA rankings as Gullacksen is No. 3 in singles followed by Ramirez in 16th. The pair also competes in doubles and are ranked ninth nationally.
