DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Columbus State University competed at the 2025 NCA College Nationals on Thursday and Friday as one of hundreds of collegiate cheer teams who took to the performance stage in Daytona Beach, Fla.
The Cougars took to the stage in the Advanced Large Coed Open, competing as one of five teams in the division.
Columbus State opened on Thursday afternoon with a raw score of 84.57 but with a 1.5-point deduction, finished with a preliminary score of 83.07 for fifth. CSU followed with a final performance on Friday afternoon, scoring a final score of 81.7542 after a raw score of 83.07 and a 1.75-point deduction.
