COLUMBUS– Columbus State women's soccer earned its first victory of the 2025 season in convincing fashion Sunday night, shutting out Florida Tech 3-0 at the Walden Soccer Complex.

Sarah Hungerford to give CSU a 2-0 lead. Columbus State extended its lead to 3-0 in the 80th minute when forward
Michelle Medina found the back of the net, her first of the season assisted
Juanita Escobar.
Defense and Goalkeeping Shine
While the Lady Cougar attack grabbed the headlines, Harris anchored a stingy back line with eight saves en route to her first clean sheet of the season. CSU's defense, led by
Kelsey Croft and Anna Labarbera, frustrated the Panthers throughout, limiting Florida Tech to just 13 total shots with few clear scoring chances.
