COLUMBUS - The Columbus State University baseball program announced changes to its upcoming schedule on Monday.
The Cougars' game against Spring Hill College on Wednesday, March 17, has been postponed due to predicted inclement weather in Mobile, Ala. The two teams will now meet on Wednesday, March 31.
Also, CSU and SHC will now play a doubleheader on Wednesday, April 7, when the Badgers visit Columbus. First pitch will be at 3 p.m. at Ragsdale Field at Burger King Stadium. Both games are slated for seven innings.
Finally, Columbus State and Albany State University will now meet at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 24, at Burger King Stadium following a time change.Â
Columbus State returns to the diamond this weekend in Milledgeville, Ga. in a crucial three-game Peach Belt Conference series against Georgia College. The first game will be on Friday, March 19, at 6 p.m., with the two sides playing a doubleheader to wrap up the series on Saturday.Â
