COLUMBUS - The NCAA released the first Division II Women's Soccer Regional Rankings on Wednesday, Oct. 25 and the Columbus State University Cougars were selected in the alphabetically ordered list of 10 teams under consideration in the Southeast region.
Joining the Cougars are Peach Belt Conference teams Flagler College, Lander University and the University of North Georgia. The other teams that were named to the Southeast Region are Anderson (South Carolina), Carson-Newman, Catawba, Lenoir-Rhyne, UNC Pembroke and Wingate. Columbus State will play it's final game of the regular-season on Sunday, Oct. 29 against PBC rival North Georgia in Dahlonega, Ga. Kick off is set for 4 p.m.
