COLUMBUS - The Columbus State University Tennis teams are scheduled to compete in Pensacola, Fla. on Tuesday, March 21. and Wednesday, March 22. Both men's and women will begin their road trip matches with Southern Arkansas University on Tuesday at 2 p.m. and complete the trip on Wednesday against University of West Florida at 2 p.m. as well.
Men's Team:
The Cougars are red hot posting a current record of 6-1 on the season. For singles,
Pietro Martinetti currently posts a 7-0 winning streak followed by
Armin Trklja at 5-0. Overall in men's singles, the cougars post a 29-7 record so far in the 2023 season. In doubles, the team consisting of
Tommaso Schold and
Felix Steen have posted a record of 4-3 followed by the team of
Santiago Perez and
Andrea Sandrone with a record of 3-2. As a team the Cougars post a record of 11-9 in doubles action.
- The last time the Cougars faced the Muleriders of Southern Arkansas University was on March, 21. 2022 where they left with the win and a score of 7-0. Currently SAU is 4-6 overall on the 2023 season.

Women's Team:
The Lady Cougars currently hold an overall record of 4-1 on the 2023 season. In singles play,
Nikoline Gullacksen is currently undefeated with a record of 5-0 followed by
Mariana Ramirez sitting at 4-2 on the season. As a team the ladies post an overall record of 19-10 in singles play. In doubles, Gullacksen and
Luciana Galves post a record of 3-1 with a 3 game win streak. As a team, the Lady Cougars have an overall record of 9-5 in doubles action so far this year.
