CLEVELAND, Tenn. - Columbus State University women's golf sophomores Marine Legentil and Laura DeLaubert finish the first day of the NCAA Division II South Regional Preview within the top-20. The event is hosted by Lee University at the Cleveland Country Club.

Legentil is tied for 13th after shooting 5-over 149 in the first two rounds of the tournament. The Johannesburg, South Africa native shot a 2-over 74 to start the day then ended with a 3-over 75 in the second round. DeLaubert shot a 6-over 150, placing her tied for 18th. From Caen, France, she scored a 6-over 78 in round one and finished the day shooting par.

As a team, the Lady Cougars are placed 17th with a score of 106-over 336. The final round will be played on Tuesday, Sept. 19. Live statistics can be found here with ID code 23NCAASRP.
