ROME, Ga.  – Columbus State Women's Tennis will be represented by the duo of Mariana Ramirez and Nikoline Gullacksen at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Cup in Rome, Ga. which takes place from Thursday, Oct. 10 through Sunday, Oct. 13.

The ITA Cup is held at the Rome Tennis Center which has been the host venue for the event since 2017.

Ramirez and Gullacksen will both compete in singles and doubles play beginning on Thursday morning with hopes to continue their positive form through the weekend. Singles play begins at 9 a.m. ET while doubles action is primed for a 2:30 p.m. ET start.

Gullacksen faces Amelie Gindl of Southern Arkansas in the East Round of 16 while Ramirez is facing Jessica Binzari of Midwestern State (Texas) in the opening round. For doubles, the duo will take on Malak Arafat and Martyna Szpakowska from Wayne State (Mich.).

The pair qualified for the ITA Cup with the doubles title at the ITA Southeast Regional Championship while Gullacksen automatically qualified by securing the singles title in South Carolina.
