CHARLESTON, S.C. - After the first two rounds of play, the Columbus State University women's golf team is in 9th place out of 13 teams at the Low Tide Intercollegiate hosted by Limestone University. 

The Lady Cougars shot 51-over 627, placing them just behind Catawba who scored 50-over to secure 8th place. CSU shot 316 in round one and improved in round two, shooting 311.

Marine Legentil leads Columbus State, placing T15th with a score of 6-over 150. She scored a 4-over 76 in the first round and shot a 2-over 74 in the second. Maddy Krueger is T40th, shooting 12-over 156. Laura DeLaubert is T48th (15-over), Sadie Norman is T54th (18-over) and Lizz Forshaw is 75th (73-over).

The Lady Cougars will play the final round on Tuesday, Feb. 27.
