COLUMBUS - The Columbus State University men's and women's tennis teams are set to host the University of Montevallo on Saturday, March 2 at the John W. Walden Tennis Center in Columbus, Ga. Both matches are scheduled to start at 2 p.m.

Men
The No. 5 Cougars hold a 4-0 historical record over the Falcons. In 2023, CSU defeated UM 7-0 in Columbus. Columbus State is 4-3 in 2024 with a 1-0 PBC record, while Montevallo is 4-1. The Cougars recently lost to No. 4 Valdosta State on Thursday 0-7 and the Falcons post a two-game winning streak, beating Christian Brothers and Delta State.

Women
The No. 8 Lady Cougars hold a 7-0 record over Montevallo, beating the Falcons 5-2 in 2023 in Columbus. This season, the Lady Cougars are also 4-3 (1-0 PBC) and the Falcons are 3-2. CSU beat Valdosta State on Thursday 5-2 and UM recently lost to Delta State 3-4.
