GREENWOOD, S.C. - After the first round of the Bearcat Invitational hosted by Lander University, the Columbus State women's golf team is placed T5th out of 16 teams. 

The Lady Cougars shot a total score of 309 after Monday's first round of play. Senior Maddy Krueger leads CSU, placing T15th with a score of 4-over par. 

Marine Legentil is right behind Krueger, shooting a 5-over par to place her T20th. Sadie Norman and Laura DeLaubert each shot 6-over par, placing T28th. Lizz Forshaw shot a 108 to rank 115th.

Columbus State will finish play on Tuesday in Greenwood.
