AUGUSTA, Ga. - The Columbus State University women's golf team completed the first day of the Peach Belt Conference Championship at the Forest Hills Golf Club, shooting a 28-over to place them 5th.

Marine Legentil leads the Lady Cougars after the first round of play, shooting 4-over to place the sophomore T9th.

Sadie Norman and Laura DeLaubert are currently sitting in the top-20. Norman shot 7-over to place T13th and DeLaubert is T17th with a score of 8-over. Maddy Krueger is T22nd with a score of 9-over.

The second round will be played on Saturday, April 20.
