HOMER, Ga. - The Columbus State University women's golf team had two top-10 finishes at the UNG Bracket Challenge hosted by the University of North Georgia, while the Lady Cougars placed sixth as a team.

Marine Legentil and Laura DeLaubert both climbed the leaderboard in the third round of play, as Legentil finished in fourth place and DeLaubert placed ninth. Legentil climbed four places after shooting an impressive 1-under in the final round to give her a total score of 1-over. DeLaubert jumped five places after a 2-over performance on Tuesday to finish with a score of 8-over.

Maddy Krueger finished in 33rd place, shooting 29-over and teammate Sadie Norman placed just behind her, T34th, with a score of 30-over. Lizz Forshaw shot 95-over to place 40th.
