Biography

Cameron returns for his senior season...the three year starterwill once again be at third base for the Cougars.

2012: played in 35 games at third base for theCougars...hit .272 in 125 at bats...had 2 home runs, 2 triples and8 doubles at the plate...knocked in 20 runs while scoring 19.

2011: started 24 games at third base and theoutfield...had 89 at bats and .202 batting average...knocked in 11runs with 2 doubles and a home run.

2010: Had a solid freshman campaign batting.301 with 6 home runs and 31 RBI... started 52 games at third basefor the Cougars and collected 62 hits in 206 at bats...Was namedthe Peach Belt Conference Freshman of the Week in March after hebatted .421 in 5 games with 3 home runs and 6 RBI.

High School: Graduate of Dutchtown High Schoolin Hampton, GA...4 year letterman under coach StephenPhillips...Named All-State in his senior year...Led his team to thestate playoffs two years in a row...Was named to the Georgia DugoutClub Top 100.

Personal: Son of Ray and Cindy Griffin...Likesto play golf in his spare time...His parents are his heroes becausethey have always been there for him...Favorite pro athlete isHanley Ramirez...Would like to try snowboarding one day...Mostmemorable sports moment is signing a college baseballscholarship.
