DAHLONEGA, Ga. - The Columbus State University men's tennis team ended the UNG Fall Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 28, with two doubles teams in the finals of the Men's Open Doubles bracket. The two Cougar teams that appeared in the finals were
Andrea Sandrone and
Elias Peter and
Daniel Hammond and Benedek Szombathelyi. In the end, it was Sandrone and Peter who came out on top. In the Men's Singles Open,
Daniel Hammond made it to the semifinals, where he came up just short of the finals, falling to Mohamed Zakaria Khalil of Reinhardt University in a hard-fought match.
