HARTWELL, Ga. - The Columbus State University men's golf team finished in 18th place at the Cateechee Fall Invitational hosted by Lander University. The Cougars shot a combined 25-over 877.

After the second round, Columbus State was in 13th place with an overall score of 8-over 576. The Cougars dropped to 18th after the third round, shooting 17-over 301. Bernard Meyer finished tied for 19th place with a score of 2-under 211, shooting 1-under in the second round and par in the third.

Martin Gruendemann placed tied for 65th with a score of 7-over 220, Phil Snyman finished tied for 81st shooting 10-over 223, William Makepeace shot 12-over 225 to place tied for 88th and Karan Nalam placed tied for 103rd with a score of 22-over 235.
