AUGUSTA, Ga. - The Peach Belt Conference selected Columbus State University men's golf player Martin Gruendemann the PBC Golfer of the Week on Monday, Sept. 25.

Gruendemann won North Georgia's Mizuno Intercollegiate on Tuesday, Sept. 19 in Gainesville, Ga., scoring a 9-under 207 total. The senior from Hamburg, Germany started Tuesday morning in third place after shooting 6-under in the first two rounds, which were played on Monday. He climbed the leader board after scoring a 3-under 69 in the final round of play to secure first place.

This is Gruendemann's first PBC weekly award honor.
