GAINESVILLE, Ga. - After the final round of the men's golf NCAA DII South/Southeast Regional, the Columbus State University Cougars finished with a total score of 34-over. Columbus State did not finish in the top-five and will not advance to the finals in Winter Garden, Fla.
CSU shot a 14-over in round three, following a round two score of 16-over and a 4-over score in the opening round.
Martin Gruendemann led the Cougars with an overall score of 7-over, shooting 4-over in the final round.
Bernard Meyer finished with a 9-over score,
Karan Nalam was right behind him, shooting 10-over and
Russell Makepeace scored 11-over.
Blake Parkman shot 15-over.
Columbus State finished the spring season with five top-10 finishes and three top-five finishes.
