COLUMBUS – Columbus State University tennis travels to Spartanburg, S.C. to face Converse (S.C.) on Tuesday afternoon at the Sally Abney Rose Complex.

#5 Men vs Converse

• The #5-ranked Cougars (1-0) take on the Valkyries (1-1) for the first time in program history.
• Reigning PBC Player of the Week, Daniel Hammond, will lead the Cougars against the hosts who open the spring portion of the season after going 1-1 in the fall.
• Converse was selected to finish seventh in the Conference Carolinas and are represented by Leopold Morel, Marty Letessier, and Manuel Roncero who were named CC Players to Watch.

#9 Women vs Converse

• The #9-ranked Lady Cougars (1-0) faces Converse (1-1) for the first meeting between the two teams.
• CSU is returning from a 5-2 season-opening win against Anderson (S.C.) on Sunday afternoon while the Valkyries open the spring on Tuesday.
• CU was voted ninth in the CC Preseason Poll and are led by Khushi Kharb, Lais Martins, and Tamanna Panwar who are CC Players to Watch.
