ST. AUGUSTINE – Columbus State University Men's Golf is slated to open the second half of the season on Monday, Feb. 10, traveling to St. Augustine, Florida to compete in the Spring Kickoff Intercollegiate hosted by Lincoln Memorial University.
The Cougars will take part in a two-day tournament at the Johns Golf and Country Club in St. Augustine on Monday and Tuesday, opening the spring portion of the 2024-25 season. CSU is scheduled to compete five times this spring, all on the road.
Columbus State will be represented by Martin Gruendemann, Bernard Meyer, Russell Makepeace, Pate Stansell, and Frederick Chappell. Last season, Columbus State finished ninth as a team while Meyer took home a first place finish at the tournament.
Play begins at 8:00 a.m. ET as the Cougars tee off on the first four holes.
