Hall of Fame
A stalwart for the Cougar tennis program for four seasons, Suarez captured numerous conference and national honors. Playing at the top spot in singles play for three seasons, Suarez won 40 matches and garnered three consecutive All-Peach Belt Conference honors. His play also earned him All-American accolades for singles play in 2008 and 2010. Suarez did great work in doubles play as well winning 42 matches over his final three seasons, two years of which came in the No. 1 slot. A stellar 2009 doubles season led to All-Conference and All-American honors. Suarez helped lead the Cougars to the NCAA Tournament in each of his final three seasons, including leading CSU to the national semifinal match.
