Mauricio Roveri played tennis for the Cougars for four seasons and was selected as a four time first team All-American. He ranked fifth In Division II in singles his sophomore season and ranked second in doubles his junior season. He was selected Peach Belt Conference Freshman of the Year in 1997. Mauricio closed out his outstanding career by being selected a first team All-American, the Peach Belt Conference Player of the Year and the Columbus State University Male Athlete of the Year in 2000.
