A member of Columbus State's 1997 National Championship golf team, Jaco Rall garnered numerous honors during his four-year career. A three-time All-Conference selection, Rall did his best work at the conference championship. After a top-five showing in 1997, he blew away the field in 1998 winning the individual title by six strokes. He repeated as the conference champion the following season, an accomplishment that has only been achieved one other time in PBC history. Rall helped the Cougars to the national finals all four seasons, including the program's sixth National Championship in 1997. Rall was a four-time All-American and the 1999 PBC Player of the Year and Jack Nicklaus Award recipient. Rall was also a two-time Academic All-American and twice named the CSU Male Athlete of the Year.
